AI agents execute.

AI Agent Orchestration Platform for Enterprise

Every enterprise now has AI. The models are generating recommendations, forecasts, and decisions faster than any team can act on them. What remains missing is the execution layer — the governance, approvals, human-in-the-loop controls, and enterprise connectors that turn AI output into real-world action. Hubler is built to be that layer.

AI Agent Orchestration Platform
Built on the System of Execution™

For thirty years, enterprise software built exceptional tools for two ends of the same problem: planning the future and recording the past. Now AI adds a third capability — generating intelligence at machine speed. But intelligence without execution infrastructure is a recommendation nobody acts on. Hubler is the platform built to close that gap — orchestrating AI agents, people, and systems into a governed, measurable execution loop that feeds outcomes back into every planning cycle.

Positioning

Not a workflow tool. Not an ERP extension.
Not an AI copilot.

Every enterprise buyer asks some version of the same question: how is this different from what we already have? Here is the honest answer.

vs Workflow Automation
What they do

Automate isolated processes — remove manual steps from a single sequence.

What they don't do

Coordinate execution across planning systems, teams, AI agents, and operational systems simultaneously.

The difference

A workflow tool handles one process. Hubler runs the loop connecting all processes, all systems, and all teams.

vs ERP Extensions
What they do

Record transactions faster. Manage ERP-adjacent approvals more efficiently.

What they don't do

Translate planning outputs into operational actions. Close the feedback loop between execution outcomes and planning.

The difference

ERP extensions make recording better. Hubler makes execution happen — and feeds it back into the plan.

vs AI Copilots
What they do

Generate forecasts, recommendations, and plans at machine speed.

What they don't do

Execute those recommendations inside enterprises with the governance, approvals, and accountability structures that make autonomous action trustworthy.

The difference

AI copilots generate output. Hubler makes it execute — turning AI recommendations into governed, auditable, real-world action with the approval chains and audit trails enterprises require.

Hubler — System of Execution™
What it does

Takes AI recommendations and plans from any source. Orchestrates them through six stages — Translate, Coordinate, Govern, Execute, Measure, Adapt — with role-based permissions, approval chains, and audit trails enforced at every step. Captures outcomes. Feeds them back into the next AI and planning cycle.

The result

The loop runs. Plans become outcomes. Outcomes improve the next plan. The enterprise compounds.

The Platform

Six stages. One unbroken loop.

Every plan that enters Hubler moves through six stages before it becomes a business outcome — and one final stage that closes the loop back into planning. These are not features. They are the six capabilities that any execution loop must have.

01 Translate
02 Coordinate
03 Govern
04 Execute
05 Measure
06 Adapt ↺
Stage 01

Translate

Plans become specific, executable actions.
Planning → Action
The problem

Plans arrive at operations teams as documents — forecast PDFs, strategy decks, board targets. Converting them into specific actions, with owners, deadlines, dependencies, and approval paths, happens manually, inconsistently, and lossily.

What Hubler does

Ingests plans from any source — API feeds from planning systems, AI model outputs, strategic inputs — and converts them into executable workflow packages. Each action has a defined owner, sequenced dependencies, required approvals, and measurement criteria. Every output is traceable back to its source plan.

The outcome

A demand plan that previously took days to translate into purchase orders takes minutes — arriving at the right person with the right approval chain already attached.

Stage 02

Coordinate

Every team, system, and AI agent stays aligned.
Action → Alignment
The problem

Execution breaks at handoffs. Between teams. Between systems. Between the person who has the data and the person who needs to act on it. The coordination effort — chasing status, managing dependencies, recovering from communication failures — consumes significant management bandwidth in multi-team, multi-location enterprises.

What Hubler does

Manages every handoff automatically. When one action completes, the next responsible party is notified with full context. When something stalls, escalation triggers without manual intervention. When a dependency changes, downstream tasks update automatically. Human and AI participants operate in the same workflow — each routed appropriately.

The outcome

Coordination that previously consumed manual management effort happens invisibly — reliably, at any scale, across any number of simultaneous workflows.

Stage 03

Govern

Accountability is structural, not audited.
Alignment → Compliance
The problem

In most enterprises, governance is implemented through email chains, manual checklists, and periodic audits — none of which scale reliably. Approvals get bypassed under time pressure. Compliance checkpoints get skipped. Audit trails are reconstructed after the fact when something goes wrong.

What Hubler does

Embeds governance into every workflow at the point of design. Approval chains are defined once and enforced automatically across every workflow instance. Compliance checkpoints are triggered at the right moment, with mandatory evidence collection. Every action is logged in a tamper-proof audit trail. Exceptions are surfaced and routed automatically.

The outcome

Governance embedded into the operational workflow itself — invisible to those who are compliant, unavoidable for those who are not.

Stage 04

Execute

Actions reach the last mile.
Compliance → Action
The problem

Enterprise software is excellent at telling people what to do. Getting it done at the last mile — a store floor, a field location, a vendor portal accessed from a basic mobile device — is where most platforms fail. If the software does not work at the last mile, the loop breaks at the last mile.

What Hubler does

Built last-mile first. Every workflow has a mobile-first execution interface — designed for the person in the field, not the analyst at headquarters. Offline capability, QR scanning, photo capture, and multi-channel notification are standard. Frontline users see a simple, frictionless experience. The backend captures every data point required for governance and measurement.

The outcome

Execution reaches every location, every team, every field agent — through interfaces designed for real operational conditions.

Stage 05

Measure

Outcomes are captured at the moment they occur.
Action → Insight
The problem

Most enterprises discover variance between plan and outcome in a monthly review — long after the window to act has closed. Measurement and planning live in separate systems that rarely communicate. The planning cycle starts the next quarter with roughly the same assumptions as the last.

What Hubler does

Captures execution outcomes in real time — what was planned, what happened, when, who was responsible, what the variance was, and why. Reconciles against the original plan continuously. Variances surface when they can still be acted on. Role-specific dashboards give every level of the organisation the visibility they need.

The outcome

Variance surfaces at the moment it occurs — not in the next reporting cycle — giving every team the window to act while it still matters.

Stage 06 — The Loop Closes

Adapt

Outcomes improve the next plan. The loop compounds.
Insight → Better Planning
The problem

Most planning cycles never get smarter. The forecast in Q3 starts from roughly the same assumptions as Q1 — because execution data from Q1 never made it back into the planning model in a structured, timely way. The cycle repeats rather than compounds.

What Hubler does

Closes the loop. Execution outcomes are automatically structured and pushed back into planning systems via API — in the format those systems expect. AI models receive execution feedback that improves their next predictions. Every planning cycle starts with real data instead of refreshed assumptions. The gap between plan and outcome narrows over time.

The outcome

Every planning cycle that runs through Hubler becomes more accurate than the last — because the loop compounds.

Architecture

Three layers. One connected loop.

Hubler sits between the systems that generate plans and the systems that record outcomes — connecting them into a continuous loop.

Questions

What enterprise buyers ask
before they run the loop.

How is Hubler different from ServiceNow, Salesforce, or SAP workflow modules?
ServiceNow manages IT service workflows. Salesforce manages CRM-adjacent processes. SAP workflow modules manage ERP-connected approvals. Each operates within a single system's domain. Hubler manages the execution loop across all of them simultaneously — taking planning outputs from outside any single system, coordinating execution across multiple systems and teams, governing every step, and feeding outcomes back into planning. The difference is architectural: Hubler sits above your entire stack and runs the loop that connects everything.
We already have SAP and Anaplan. What does Hubler add?
SAP records what happened after it happens. Anaplan generates what should happen in the future. Neither coordinates the execution that happens between those two states — today, by your teams, across your locations and vendors. When Anaplan generates a demand forecast, Hubler converts it into purchase orders, routes them for approval, sends them to vendors, tracks confirmation, and feeds the outcome back into Anaplan's next cycle. SAP and Anaplan both become more valuable because Hubler closes the loop between them.
How long does implementation actually take?
Four weeks for the first use case deployment. This is a delivery standard we hold ourselves to, backed by a structured implementation methodology. Standard integrations with major ERP and planning systems fit within this timeline. Highly customised environments are scoped during discovery, and we specify any additional time needed before any configuration begins.
Can non-technical teams configure and manage Hubler?
Yes — by design. Operations managers, finance teams, and procurement heads configure Hubler through a visual no-code interface. IT involvement is required for system integrations during initial implementation. Ongoing workflow management, modification, and expansion sit with your business teams.
Our approval hierarchy is complex — multiple levels, value thresholds, delegation rules. Can Hubler handle that?
Yes. Multi-tier chains, value-based routing, role-based escalation, delegation management, and exception handling are all configurable without code. If your approval logic can be described in plain language, Hubler can enforce it automatically across every workflow instance.
How does Hubler work with AI tools we are already using?
Hubler is designed to make AI output execute inside real enterprises. If your AI model generates a procurement recommendation, a demand forecast, or an operational plan — Hubler converts it into executable actions, routes them through governance chains, executes them with the right teams and systems, and feeds what actually happened back into the AI model's next cycle. Hubler makes AI tools more useful by giving their output somewhere to go.
What happens to our data if we stop using Hubler?
You receive a complete, structured export of all workflow data, execution records, outcome history, and audit trails within 30 days of contract termination, in standard portable formats, at no additional charge. Your planning systems and ERP always retain their own data independently.
Does Hubler replace our BI or analytics platform?
No. Hubler captures execution outcome data and provides operational visibility within the platform — but feeds structured outcome data into your existing analytics tools via API, making them more powerful because they receive real-time execution data rather than periodic ERP summaries.
How does Hubler handle multi-entity and multi-geography deployments?
Each entity gets an isolated data environment with configurable separation where required. Role-based access operates at entity level — regional managers see their region, HQ sees everything. Currency, language, compliance rules, and regulatory requirements are configured per entity. Our enterprise deployments span India, MENA, Europe, and the US within single Hubler instances.
What support is included after go-live?
Customer success support, regular business reviews, platform updates, and L1/L2 support are included in the subscription. Every deployment includes a four-week hypercare period immediately after go-live — dedicated support, daily check-ins, and rapid turnaround on configuration adjustments. After hypercare, support transitions to a steady-state model with defined SLA response times by severity.
